We encourage you to also discuss the program with your current spiritual covering for prayer, counsel and proper processing of the decision. Register for Visit Weekend
Register for an Open House Weekend by calling the Kairos School of Ministry @ 716-759-1058. The Open House Visit Weekend is a two to three day period for you to spend with the team in Buffalo, NY. During your visit with us you will get a chance to tour our Church and office Campuses, meet other students visiting that would be in your class, get to know the KSOM leadership, participate in some team activities, and get a feel for what life would be like at KSOM. Towards the end of your visit, we will have a brief interview with you individually and discuss any next steps we feel are necessary for your acceptance. Most times, we will let you know if you have been accepted into the program before you leave or within days after your visit.

Complete Application
Mail us or complete here online your application together with a $45.00 non-refundable application fee and a picture of yourself. The application takes around 45 min to 1 hr.
References
Give each online recommendation form link to a pastor, employer, and personal friend and ask them to fill out the online form. This form takes 15-20 min to complete.
Interview
After we've received your completed application and references, our leadership team will be in touch with you to schedule an interview.
Acceptance Notification
Once we've had a chance to interview you and pray about the decision, we'll let you know if you have been accepted!
